For the first time in ten years, Mike Buffalari has returned to The Guy Site. Over the past decade, the Italian meathead has evolved into a beefier, hairier muscle bear. For me, Mike’s nine-minute solo is somehow more exciting than most hardcore videos on The Guy Site. He’s dressed like an absolute dad in a cozy flannel, a grey polo, blue jeans, and white boxer briefs.
